Mother Nature's Supreme Massage
Enjoy a variety of techniques and modalities in one session! It begins with a facial application of doTERRA's Fractioned Coconut Oil to smooth and nourish the skin, accompanied with light tapping on the sinus cavities to break up congestion. Next, enjoy all of the benefits of a 90-minute Full-body Swedish Massage with Bon Vital products-- followed by an application of doTERRA's Deep Blue Rub to the joints or any problematic muscular areas for a soothing and moisturizing experience. This massage finishes with a 30 minute Aromatouch Technique: great for stress management, immune support, healthy inflammatory response, and homeostasis.

Focal Massage
Tune into ONE problem area with some focused work! Frequent headaches? Let's work those neck and shoulder muscles. Tired hands? Sore legs? Achey back? Let's work it out! This type of session consists of lots of communication and therapeutic techniques- depending on the area of course. Following the treatment, enjoy doTERRA's Deep Blue Rub and it's cooling and warming sensations while moisturizing the skin. This pairs great with any joint or muscle.

Wellness Massage
Prior to the massage, the client will receive a postural assessment and complete a SOAP-note chart to ensure the highest therapeutic benefits. Modalities and techniques will be applied as needed to help relieve sore, stiff or worn-down muscles. Also includes passive stretching and doTERRA Deep Blue Rub for a deeper benefit. Think of it like multiple focal areas all in one session!
Chair Massage
Fully-Clothed, great introduction to massage therapy and it's benefits.
Seated in an ergonomic chair built for massage.
Traveling Chair Available- $15 Travel Fee + 50 minute minimum

Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
$60 set-up fee, $45/hour or pay per person ($1/minute)
